Enquête sur la satisfaction des usagers à l'égard des services de santé et des services sociaux du Québec, 2006-2007

The main objective of the Enquête sur la satisfaction des usagers à l’égard des services de santé et des services sociaux du Québec 2006-2007 (health and social service user satisfaction survey) was to give a statistical portrait of the satisfaction and expectations of users.

The target population in this survey is composed of all persons aged 15 and over, living in Québec in a private household and who consulted a health professional and used social services in a hospital, medical clinic, or CLSC, for themselves or a dependent, during the twelve months preceding the survey.
