This study is aimed at teachers, professional staff, support staff, and management staff who have been in the presence of students since the beginning of the school year.

Your participation is voluntary, but very important. It will help us assess the level of job satisfaction of school staff in order to guide the Ministère de l’Éducation in adopting better practices to promote the recognition of school staff.
