Your name was selected at random, just like the names of other staff members working in the Québec public school system, so that you can participate in the Québec Study on School Staff Job Satisfaction. This study is aimed at teachers, professional staff, support staff, and management staff who have been in the presence of students since the beginning of the school year.
The personal information required for the study, including your contact information, was obtained in accordance with the Act respecting the Institut de la statistique du Québec, which guarantees that it will be kept confidential.
Your participation in this study is voluntary, but important. It will enable us to learn about the factors that contribute to school staff satisfaction and will help the Ministère de l’Éducation (MEQ) identify priority actions and interventions to attract and retain school staff.
For quality and training purposes, telephone conversations with Institut de la statistique du Québec agents are recorded. If you do not want your conversation to be recorded, simply notify the agent at the beginning of the call.
