Les Québécois atteints d'un problème de santé chronique entraînant des limitations d'activités sont-ils satisfaits des services de santé et des services sociaux reçus?

The publication aims to compare users with a chronic health problem leading to activity limitations with those without this issue. More specifically, it presents their personal and health characteristics, their consultation profile (number and place of consultations) and their satisfaction, overall and for three dimensions (relational, professional and organizational), with the quality of services received during a referral consultation. The analyses, which are descriptive, deal only with people whose referral consultation was for themselves. The data from the 2006–2007 Survey on Client Satisfaction with Regards to Health and Social Services in Québec allow for a comparison with other users of people with at least one chronic health problem leading to activity limitations.
