    Characteristics of the establishments surveyed, information on programs (types, number of female predominant job classes, wage differentials, job evaluation methods and wage differential assessment methods used, etc.), information on female predominant job classes (male and female personnel, amount of adjustment, differentiation of adjustment, salary adjustment, adjustment details, etc.).
