Le rapport final comporte des analyses plus approfondies des quatre comportements &agrave; risque ainsi que l&rsquo;&eacute;volution des donn&eacute;es depuis 1998 dans le cas du tabagisme, depuis 2000 en ce qui concerne la consommation d&rsquo;alcool et de drogues et depuis 2002 quant &agrave; la participation aux jeux de hasard et d&rsquo;argent.

This study is the fourth in a series of biennial surveys that began in 1998 under the name Québec Survey of Tobacco Use in High School Students. The results of this edition identify the trends in tobacco, alcohol and drug use and gambling among Québec high school students.

This report offers a detailed statistical portrait of several aspects studied since 1998 through a series of biennial surveys that were initially entitled Québec Survey of Tobacco Use in High School Students. You will find data on the habits, attitudes and opinions of high school students on smoking, alcohol consumption, the use of various drugs, and private and government-owned gambling.

The data are presented by sex, year of study, user type, family structure, financial resources, and self-evaluation of school performance in order to better understand the behaviours examined. The data on problematic alcohol and drug use and problematic gambling make it possible to estimate the extent of these behaviours among students. Finally, the report paints a portrait of the evolution of the key indicators studied.
