Physical land cover account, Southern Québec and administrative regions, for 12 administrative regions, 1990s, 2000s and 2010s

The physical land cover account compiles land area for the 1990s, 2000s and 2010s, as well as the increase, decrease and net change in area between these decades, by land cover class. Statistics for the 1990s to the 2010s are available for 12 administrative regions: Bas-Saint-Laurent, Capitale-Nationale, Estrie, Montréal, Outaouais, Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Chaudière-Appalaches, Laval, Lanaudière, Laurentides, and Montérégie. The study area and number of regions covered will evolve as the fifth ecoforestry inventory progresses.
