The objective of the Annuaire québécois des statistiques du travail is to present a portrait of labour market and working conditions. The publication examines the main labour market indicators (employment, unemployment, participation and employment rates, labour force, and working-age population) and selected working conditions indicators (compensation and hours of work).

According to what was analysed, various breakdowns were done with regard to employee, employment, workplace and geographical characteristics.
