Summary of responsibilities
Recreation technicians perform a variety of tasks related to the organization, coordination and facilitation of recreational programs. They are creative in making recreational activities accessible to all and develop safe activities adapted to all types of environments and clienteles.
Education requirement
Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in community recreation leadership training or the equivalent recognized by the appropriate authority
