Summary of responsibilities
Heavy duty cleaners wash walls, ceilings, windows, light fixtures and floors. They wash, strip or treat floors with a mop one metre wide or more and weighing 680.4 grams or more, empty garbage and recycling containers weighing more than 11.34 kilograms, and dust areas not accessible from the floor.
Heavy duty cleaners are found in hotels, hospitals, building management companies, cleaning services, factories, shopping centres, etc.
