    Business process analysts support managers by analyzing managerial and organizational methods, communication structures and internal resource use, and by providing advice to optimize processes. They develop work tools in terms of methods, organization and computerized information processing.

    University degree in administration (organizational systems option) or in business administration (computer systems management option)
