The Health at a Glance 2025 – Québec Survey was conducted at the request of the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux to provide statistical data on selected indicators.
Type of survey
Cross-sectional survey; provincial estimates.
Target population
Persons aged 15 and over living in Québec. Persons living in institutional collective dwellings and those residing in the regions of Nunavik (17) and Terres-Cries-de-la-Baie-James (18) are not covered by the survey.
Sample and data collection
- Number of respondents: 2,113 individuals.
- Data collection period: November 3 to December 21, 2025.
Themes
Physical activity for transportation; leisure-time physical activity; alcohol consumption; and well‑being and loneliness.
