L'accès limité des femmes aux emplois de gestion : un plafond de verre?

This article examines women’s access to management positions. Data from the 2012 Labour Force Survey (LFS) are used to study the distribution of management positions by sex in Québec for the years 1987-2012. A parallel is then drawn between these figures and those for Canada to add a comparative perspective.
