The report La surqualification au sein des grands groupes professionnels au Québec : état des lieux en 2012 provides a portrait across time of overqualification in Québec by examining overqualification rates in major occupational groups in 2012 and 1990. It also features a multivariate analysis which simultaneously takes into account characteristics related to the employee, employment and workplace and shows that the probability of being overqualified is statistically related to gender, age, immigration status and education level.
