In 2024, Québec movie theatres welcomed 13.5 million moviegoers, down 7% from 2023 (14.6 million) and 28% from 2019, the pre-pandemic reference year.
The number of screenings was up (+3% from 2023), but it was still 11% below the pre-pandemic level (2019).
