The first section of the technical and methodological document of the Survey of Internet Integration into Business Processes provides an overview of the survey’s methodology. It provides information on the target population, the sample frame used, the sample design, the data collection process, the methodology used to produce the estimates, the estimates’ quality and comparability, and the confidentiality of the results, as well as an overall appreciation of the survey. The questionnaire of the 2020 edition of the Survey of Internet Integration into Business Processes is also included.

The 2020 edition of the Survey of Internet Integration into Business Processes was conducted by the ISQ from November 24, 2020 to april 11, 2021 among 8,300 Québec businesses with one or more employees in 16 industries of the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS 2017).
