Enquête sur les pratiques linguistiques des ministères et organismes publics du gouvernement du Québec 2018 : Portrait statistique pour le Québec et ses régions administratives

This publication aims to describe the main results from the Enquête sur les pratiques linguistiques des ministères et organismes publics du gouvernement du Québec 2018. Key areas covered include government employees’ knowledge of the language policy adopted by their department or agency, as well as the use of a language other than French in their interactions with users.

The data was collected in the fall of 2018 from 4,475 employees working in one of the 19 government departments and agencies selected for the survey, and who must interact with users in the performance of their duties.
