Elementary School Students at Risk of Dropping Out of High School: Characteristics at 12 Years of Age and Predictors at 7 Years of Age

This publication is based on data from the Québec Longitudinal Study of Child Development (QLSCD). It describes the characteristics of 12-year-old elementary school students at risk of dropping out of high school and the factors that best predict that risk from the age of 7. At-risk students, both with and without discipline problems, are compared to not-at-risk students.
