Important notice about the December 18, 2024 release

In the release of its international merchandise trade statistics for October 2024, Statistics Canada states that there are delays in the receipt of import data due to the implementation of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM) system. These delays are impacting the completeness of import statistics for the reference month of October. Given these temporary issues, import data are not presented for October.  Statistics Canada expects the situation to return to normal within the next few months.
