Québec Cannabis Survey, 2018

The Québec Cannabis Survey (QCS) was conducted between March and June 2018 and focused on use, perceptions and social norms in relation to cannabis. This report analyzes various indicators regarding the prevalence and frequency of cannabis use, the reasons given by Quebecers for using cannabis, and the context in which they use it. Findings on social norms and perceptions around cannabis use are also presented. The target population for the survey consists of Quebecers aged 15 and over.

However, persons residing in the regions of Terres-Cries-de-la-Baie-James and Nunavik and those living on a reserve or in an institutional collective household are not covered by the survey. In total, 10,191 people participated in the QCS 2018.
