Les comportements à risque pour la santé liés au tabac, à l'alcool, aux drogues et aux jeux de hasard et d'argent. Qui les adopte? Qui les combine?

This article focuses on risk behaviours related to tobacco, alcohol, drugs and gambling in the Québec population. First, it presents each of the four risk behaviours selected for the study according to a number of sociodemographic and economic characteristics (such as age, sex, education and income). It also describes some of the psychosocial health characteristics of the individuals who exhibit each of the studied behaviours. Data on drug use are drawn from the 2008 Québec Population Health Survey, while data on tobacco use, excessive alcohol use, and excessive gambling are from the 2007–2008 Canadian Community Health Survey.
