Analysis of the economic structure of Quebec from 1997 to 2018

This bulletin explores the evolution of Québec’s economic structure from 1997 to 2018 by major sectors (two-digit NAICS codes). It highlights the structural changes that have occurred throughout this period as well as the factors behind them. The bulletin also presents an analysis of the structure of the economy before and after the 2008–2009 recession in order to determine whether it has affected Québec’s economic structure.
