Québec Cannabis Survey 2021

The proportion of cannabis users aged 15 and over increased from 14% to nearly 20% between 2018 and 2021 in Québec. This increase was observed in all age groups 25 years and over. However, among 15- to 17-year-olds, the proportion of users declined by about 3 percentage points between 2018 and 2021.

The third edition of the Québec Cannabis Survey examines, among other things, the prevalence and methods of cannabis use, sources of supply, and public perceptions of cannabis.
